To apply for this scholarship, you will need to be:
- have financial need
- a high school senior from a qualifying region:
- Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Greater Philadelphia, Rhode Island, Southern Maine, Central & North Texas, Utah
- attending any accredited school college, university, technical or vocational school
