Teacher Ambassador
I chose to teach in Colchester because there is always a focus on putting kids first! My Administrators trust and support my decision making process and help me by providing training and resources. Grade levels and Departments have regular Professional Learning Community meetings and use a data driven decision making process. We support each other, teach each other, and genuinely care about the people in our learning community.
