Waterford Public Schools serves about 2,400 students from pre-K through grade 12. Our district is working to build a staff that better reflects the backgrounds of our students and brings different experiences to improve teaching and learning for everyone.

The district includes three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. The Waterford community strongly supports the public schools and has high expectations for both staff and students. According to the State of Connecticut Next Generation Performance Accountability System, Waterford Public Schools ranks in the top third of K-12 school districts in the state. Learn more.
